To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

Services
Limited Edition Days will not be held responsible for any breaking change caused by the device manufacturer or operating software of the smart device being used to play it on.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The Summer Hunt should be treated as non-accessible for wheelchair users. However, it may be possible to complete with some extended re-routing. Please contact us for details at info@limitededitiondays.com.
Under 16s
All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds & Exchanges
All Limited Edition Days tickets are purchased as non-refundable.
In the event that a game is cancelled or postponed due to an issue beyond Limited Edition Days's control then no refunds will be offered, however an alternative date will be arranged. We can cancelled bookings in case of force majeure or extreme weather. They won’t be cancelled over rain. But it can get cancelled if the weather is expected to be so bad that there’s a weather warning for Edinburgh on the BBC weather website.
If the event is cancelled due to an issue within Limited Edition Days's control, then a full refund may be offered, strictly at the organiser's discretion.
